Automotive data note
The workflow may be the most useful part
A final answer leaves out the context that made it the right answer.
An automotive workflow includes what was known, what was missing, which action was available, and why an employee chose it. That context can matter when defining what an AI should do.
A final appointment record might say booked. It does not tell us whether the customer requested a time, whether the store confirmed it, or whether an employee had to resolve missing information first. A model trained only on the final state can learn to treat a request as a commitment.
Start with a decision and identify the evidence a competent person needed at that moment. Define acceptable actions, including when to ask a question, defer, or involve someone else. An expert rubric can explain why a fluent answer is still unacceptable.
More context also raises more privacy and confidentiality questions. A useful task preserves enough context for judgment while excluding information the task does not need.
