Potential project categories
Automotive data shaped around a useful task.
These programs describe the kinds of projects Daimon Lab can assess. They are not claims that datasets are currently in stock.
Service scheduling and follow-through
Connect appointment requests, scheduling constraints, handoffs, and recorded service outcomes. A booked appointment, arrival, and completed repair order are different labels and should not be substituted for each other.
Potential inputs require approval and can include transcripts, policies, scheduling events, and permitted repair-order milestones.
Sales and BDC workflows
Examine how a lead moves from first contact to a documented next step. Preserve the information available when the employee responded and distinguish a requested appointment from a confirmed one.
Finance and credit information stay outside the initial scope.
Used-vehicle decisions
Structure appraisal, pricing, reconditioning, and disposition workflows around information available at each decision point. Include uncertainty and counterexamples so that historical outcomes do not appear automatically correct.
Market feeds, vehicle descriptions, photos, and valuation outputs may have separate restrictions.
Vendor support and expert demonstrations
Capture how a technology team diagnoses an issue, gathers evidence, chooses a fix, and confirms resolution. Qualified operators can also demonstrate tasks, review agent behavior, or explain decisions in an approved environment.
Demonstrated work and synthetic scenarios are labeled separately from observed workflows.
