Project types
A project may involve data preparation, expert labeling, targeted collection, or a controlled recreation of a task. Controlled environments are custom development work, not production-system connections by default.

What makes a brief useful
Describe intended use, unit of data, example task, mandatory fields, volume target, quality threshold, language, deadline, and budget range. If you have evaluation results, describe the failure pattern without including private examples.
Agree delivery before production
The schema, sample approval process, acceptance criteria, use rights, and handoff format should be set before work starts. Synthetic content is labeled, and a change in permitted use requires an agreed scope.
