For dealerships and dealer groups

Your dealership’s experience may have a defined use.

Your team handles questions, exceptions, and decisions that automotive AI needs to understand. Daimon Lab starts by assessing whether approved dealership data and workflows can support a scoped project.

Look beyond the record count.

A useful example connects a business situation to the available information, the action taken, and a recorded result. A smaller, well-documented workflow can be more useful than a larger collection of disconnected records.

The first conversation is about sources, approximate history, known restrictions, and the people who can discuss permission. It is not an authorization to access a system or move records.

Potential areas to assess

A project begins with one clear question and an approved source category.

  • Service operations: appointment requests, advisor handoffs, status updates, and repair-order milestones.
  • Sales and BDC: approved conversations, lead responses, appointment coordination, CRM events, and recorded follow-through.
  • Used vehicles: appraisal reasoning, pricing changes, reconditioning steps, and documented dispositions.
  • Operating knowledge: checklists, policies you control, training materials, and demonstrations created by participating staff.

You set the boundary.

Identify an authorized business owner and the workflow you want assessed. A later written plan can define permissions, exclusions, sample preparation, recipients, and allowed use.

Finance applications, credentials, payment details, sensitive employee records, and sources restricted by third-party agreements need specific treatment or exclusion. Availability in a system does not itself establish a right to license a source for AI.

An assessment does not guarantee an offer, licensing opportunity, or payment.
